Rodents (Rats and Mice) often visit our homes for food and shelter. Although there are hundreds of species we most commonly come into contact with the Roof rat, Norway rat and the common House mouse

Where are they most commonly found?

Rodents are most commonly found in the following areas:

Under the house
Within the roof or wall cavities
In your garage

What are the signs of an infestation?

Signs of rodents are:

Rodent droppings around food packages, in drawers or cupboards, and under the sink
Pet excitement and/or agitation by the presence of rodents in or around the house
Signs of chewing or biting on food packaging or cardboard boxes
Bad smells coming from hidden areas
Scratching and scattering noises from roof or walls

What are the most common causes?

Common causes of rodent infestations are:

Food leftovers
Rubbish
Bad weather (they’re seeking shelter)
Neighbours getting their pest control done

What is the process?

I use specialised rodenticides either inside secure stations or placed in strategic areas out of harmful locations to your family and pets to ensure that your unwanted guests are reduced in numbers and brought under control.
